Frankie Aikens The New York native and Long Island University graduate began his professional career in entertainment in 1999 at Dreamworks as an assistant to Stephen Spielberg. Three years later he went on to head the mix show promotions department at an independent record label called AV8 Records. After spending 4 years with AV8 Records he made another transition to Sean “Diddy” Comb's Bad Boy Records where he served as the manager of the Daddy's House Recording studio. Additionally, Frankie moonlights as a senior writer for multiple nationally distributed magazines for Star Media. In March of 2009, he co-founded RESET Pictures with Nell Brown. After just a year in existence, RESET has produced projects for VH1, Warner Music, The Orchard, Nike, Bad Boy Records, Marc Ecko Enterprises and more.
Nell Brown Nell Brown a native of the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan area moved to New York at the age of 17, shortly after graduating from high school. He wasted no time in attacking his lofty goals to RESET the entertainment industry. At just 18 years of age he landed his first job at Bad Boy Entertainment as a Recording Engineer. He would go on to Record with some of the biggest recording artists at that time including Diddy, JayZ, Amerie, Keyshia Cole and many others, earning himself Multiple Platinum and Gold Plaques.
Through the steady exposure to the film industry while with Bad Boy Entertainment Nell decided he was ready to move on and chase his next dream of producing a full length feature film. He partnered with Frankie Aikens to start RESET Pictures and began his quest through producing music videos, commercials, and short films. With the positive outlook and work ethic Nell embodies, his goal of a feature film is approaching rapidly. Success as he says is his only option!
Rosario Pellerito (Director) The young talent out of Brooklyn, New York is a writer and a director. Rosario began honing his passion for production at Savannah College where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Film/Television production. At just 25 years old, Rosario already has three independent films under his belt and has directed music videos for several independent and major artists in both Hip-Hop and Rock genres. Rosario fits the RESET vision perfectly and has a perspective that is fresh and dynamic. With all the great work he’s done so far, the best of what he has to offer is yet to come. Rosario is also the founder of Land Dog Films, a production company specializing in music videos, short films and promotional content.
Mehdi Zollo (Director) Born in Rome in 1977, Zollo spent most of his life between Italy and Switzerland. From early age he was fascinated with soul and salsa music, sneaking to Paris on the weekends to buy records and develop his music appreciation. After completing a college degree in Ancient Languages, in 1998 Zollo moved to Paris where he worked as a DJ and continued studies in cinema school ESRA. Soon after, he started working on movie sets, assisting on photo shoots, and eventually directing a few shorts. In 2005 Zollo left Paris and moved to Brooklyn, where he fell in love with the vibrant urban scene. He immediately started his own production company, FatKing Films, and began shooting music videos and commercials. He has directed works for the likes of Nike, Warner Music, Time Warner, Marc Ecko, Ford Motors and more.
Zollo's style is young and authentic dialogue/humor with a European touch and a strong urban aesthetic. His appreciation for art in every form always shows within frames of his work. When he's not behind the lens, he spends his time pursuing his painting, photography and music.
